You can even do your whole body massage by yourself by lying on one side in bed and allowing the weight of the massager to do most of the work. Then go to leaning on the massager as you guide it up your back to your neck. That done, change sides and complete the job, or let a friend help. It's really quite fantastic! When we finish the massage there is a rush of calm and comfort that is amazing. I've never found a better unit.

This massager gets the job done. If your back, shoulders are in need of some TLC, get the massager out. It's really best if you have someone hold it for you & actually do the massage. I find it a bit heavy if you try and give yourself a massage. It can be done, but it's just not the same experience as if you had help. The heat element really works and the extra power gets right in the tight spots. I would recommend this product for those looking for relief from stress. I paid about $30 for this puppy. I needed a vibrator for my back/shoulder which I could use independently.

The Homedics PA-5H puts out a strong penetrating vibration and works wonders on my back. I can lower it down my back while holding on to the handle and even let it slide lower while holding on to the cord. It works very well on the knots/nerds around my upper back/shoulder area which were killing me after my recent shoulder injury. I'm a happy customer.

The Homedics P-5H percussion massager is an excellent product. The weight and balance of the massager is perfect. If the impact of the massager is too strong, one can use a jacket to soften it and if it is too soft it will not do any damage if one fell asleep. The price was right, the shipping from Amazon was quick, in summary I am very satisfied with this purchase. The only regret I have is that I did get it sooner. I tried the older version of this massager at my sister's house, and couldn't wait to get one of my own.

This massager is very powerful, effective and easy to hold, so you don't need to depend on anyone to massage your back or shoulders. I absolutely love it! This is a very nice product. Its like having your personal masseuse with 2 strong hands. I was amazed at the firm percussion action and motor strength. This massager definitely means business. You have 2 options. just the massage or the massage along with heat. The massager has variable speed which is controlled by a slide switch.
